Clear Bags ONLY for school events
All school events will mandate the clear bag policy for the 2025-2026 school year.
Records Request (Transcript)
In order to process a request, we need the following:
A signed request per FERPA requirements. Our records request form can be found on our school website or is available at the school office.
Payment of the $2 fee. This can be done by mail, in person, or through our online RevTrak payment system.
Requests can be sent through one of the following:
faxed to 615-792-2090
mailed to 1 Cub Circle, Ashland City, TN 37015
emailed to [email protected]
Keep in mind records will not be processed until payment is received.
