Subjects Taught
English II, English II Advanced, English IV

I graduated from Fairview High School (Williamson County) in the spring of 2011. In August of that same year, I moved to Martin, TN where I enrolled as a full-time student at the University of Tennessee at Martin. I graduated from UTM with a Bachelor's of Science in Secondary Education (English/Literature) in May of 2015.

This is my second year teaching English II at CCCHS. Beginning this year, I will also be teaching sections of English IV.

Originally born in Nashville, TN, I moved to Williamson County in 2005, where I remained until graduating from Fairview High School in 2011. While at FvHS, I was involved in many organizations, including Beta Club, Student Council, Theater Arts, and the AP Honors program. I graduated within the Top 10 of my senior class, and then moved on to attend UTM for four years.

During college, I worked at a primary school, and I spent a summer in Virginia working at a summer camp designed for at-risk youth. I still maintain a summer position as a daycare worker to this day.

I accepted a teaching position at CCCHS soon after graduating, and I couldn't be happier with that decision! I loved my first year at CCCHS, and I'm looking forward to the 2016-2017 school year. I hope to share my love of all things reading and writing with my students!
