Students will be introduced to U.S. or World History

OBJECTIVE:

Students will understand how history is important to who we are and our future and understanding history helps understand today's world

INSTRUCTION:

1. Students will read the syllabus and complete and submit the Syllabus Signature Form (Found in the folder entitled "Registration" in Schoology)

2. Students should correct or complete their work from yesterday. Many students did not create proper subject lines or attach the document or presentation to the email (they shared it instead). Finally, some students submitted the assignment in Schoology (which I thought I had disabled). No assignment should be submitted through Schoology. They need to email it to me instead.

3. Students will engage with OneDrive

a. Ensure they have OneDrive downloaded and installed onto their laptop

b. Create a folder entitled "Archive 2020-2021" and dump all of their files from last year into it.

c. Create seven new folders and label them 1 - 7 with folder number 1 being for 1st period and so on. Students should be encouraged to use these folders to save their online work into them. Students should be encouraged to name files after the subject of the assignment rather than just leave them as "Document23" or "Presentation31".
