OBJECTIVE:

Students will be introduced to analytical thinking in preparation for writing responses to discussion questions.

ASSESSMENT / EVALUATION:

 Students will write a 125 - 200 response to a discussion question

INSTRUCTION:

1. Read the attached material (pgs 386 - 390) and write a response to it using what you've learned this week.

2. The Discussion Question can be found inside the Analytical Thinking and Writing folder. It is entitled, "The Conquest of the West"

3. This is due today, Friday, August 20, 2021
