Mr. Barber - Algebra 1

Hello all!

 

     My name is Dan Barber and I am working on my 7th year as a teacher.  Previously, I have taught Algebra 2, Applied Mathematics, 5th Grade Math and 7th Grade Math.  This is my 1st year with Cheatham County, I was teaching in CMCSS - at Northwest High, Northeast Middle and Byrnes Darden Elementary. My wife is on her 21st year as a teacher and is currently at Woodlawn Elementary.   I still have my 2 youngest kids in the house, one is in 9th grade and the other is in 10th grade.  I enjoy Chess, Duolingo (over two years on Spanish right now - Woot Woot), Rubic's Cubes and playing Sudoku!  This year is going to be a great year and I am looking forward to facilitating all of our student's understandings of real world Math.
